The Studio
Blanca Rosa Gutiérrez is an architecture and interior design studio based in Madrid.
For over twenty years he has been developing projects focused on home renovation, interior architecture and custom design.
Her work explores the relationship between architecture, light, and materiality, transforming existing properties into serene, balanced, and timeless homes.
The Studio approaches each project with a comprehensive vision that combines architecture, interior design and artisanal attention to detail.
Path
Throughout its history, the Studio has developed architecture, rehabilitation and interior design projects in Spain and abroad.
Among them are notable works such as the Hermanos Amorós School in Las Mesas (Cuenca), the rehabilitation of the Nuestra Señora del Castellar School in Toledo or the elevated reservoir of Guijo de Coria in Extremadura.
Some of these projects have been recognized in international awards and publications, such as the FAD or Construmat awards.
