I’m Blanca Rosa Gutiérrez, an architect specialized in interior design. Since 2000, I have pursued my profession with passion, leading projects that seek to transform spaces into living experiences.

With more than twenty years of experience, I have built a studio that understands architecture as an emotional and human act.
Each project is an opportunity to create harmony between materials, people, and the environment.

Our mission is to design spaces that enhance people’s lives.
We view architecture and interior design as tools to create well-being, beauty, and functionality.
Every project is born from dialogue with the client, from understanding their needs and desires, and materializes into places that tell stories, evoke emotions, and endure over time.

At Blanca Rosa Gutiérrez Studio, we work with a holistic vision, designing homes, hotels, restaurants, educational spaces, and products that reflect identity, intention, and sensitivity. In interior design, we craft experiences. In architecture, we create structures with soul.
At every scale, we seek honest, sustainable, and tailored solutions.

Our philosophy is based on closeness, technical rigor, and a love for materials.
We are guided by the belief that design is not an end in itself, but a means to live better.

Throughout our journey, we have developed numerous projects, some of which have been awarded and published internationally.

Among them are schools such as the Hermanos Amorós School (Las Mesas) and the rehabilitation of the classroom building and dining hall in Villarrubia de Santiago, both selected for the volume 100% Arquitectura II among the best studios in Madrid.

We have also received recognition in awards such as Construmat and the FAD Awards, with the elevated water tank project in Guijo de Coria.

Architect Blanca Rosa carried out a splendid project in the iconic building on Paseo de Moret, near Parque del Oeste.
I would highlight her elegance, which reflects Vitruvius’s principles of "Arrangement" and "Eurythmy," achieving a harmonious and comfortable interior without technological excess, and with impeccable finishes.
