House of Colors
Residence in a Central Neighborhood of Madrid
From pink to yellow, from orange to indigo... In this apartment located in the heart of Madrid, our studio embraces a bold approach to color, light, and emotion. A project where interior design feels fresh, daring pure chromotherapy!
Custom technicolor designs coexist with iconic pieces from the 20th century.
The result? Interiors full of character: vibrant, yet perfectly balanced.

The Transformation
The interplay of curves, straight lines, textures, and colors defines this joyful and unconventional home, designed for sharing and living. The owners envisioned a bright, vibrant space, leading to a complete renovation where only the original fireplace was preserved as a central feature.
All the essential furnishings were custom-designed for this home including the entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, and storage areas and coexist with iconic pieces such as Cassina’s Infinito Bookcase, B&B Italia’s Sofa, and the coffee table by Isamu Noguchi.
The result is a blend of aesthetic heritage and contemporary vision.

The dining area stands out for its warm, linear elegance, where wood takes center stage, framed by a BSB rug and illuminated by Vibia’s Match lamp. The Incas table by Ágape Casa is complemented by the renowned Hiroshima chairs designed by Naoto Fukasawa, while in the background, a work by Consuelo Castañeda adds an artistic touch to the space.
The kitchen, designed with a geometric and orderly approach, is clad in Marazzi ceramics. The island becomes a natural gathering point, equipped with ST10 Jean oak stools by E15 and a suspended wooden table all seamlessly integrated without compromising the overall design.
Each private space reflects a unique aesthetic universe:
-
In the master bedroom, textures and styles merge with an Alys natural leather bed, Matarranz bed linen, and a multicolored BSB rug.
-
The bathroom stands out with vibrant tones, featuring yellow microcement, handcrafted sinks, and colorful-profiled shower screens.
-
A second, more intimate bathroom combines sand-toned microcement, navy blue profiles, and veined wood to create an immersive sensory experience.
-
The teenage bedroom, entirely pink, includes an integrated bunk bed, the Dudet chair by Cassina, and a green Guatemala marble console.
