The complex is composed of white volumes that open onto terraces, balconies, and passageways that connect the private and public spaces. The shopping center becomes a plaza, a meeting place for socializing, while the apartments face the pool and interior gardens, creating a sense of community.
The proposal articulates fluid paths, filled with shade and natural ventilation. From the main entrance to the interior courtyards, each space is designed to accompany the rhythm of the day and the needs of those who inhabit and visit it.

The Transformation
More than an architectural complex, Trópico Italiano is a statement of intent: a commitment to light, open, tropical architecture that adapts to the climate and enhances outdoor living.
Contemporary lines coexist with fresh materials and practical solutions that reflect the local context. The pool becomes the epicenter of relaxation, the plazas become catalysts for relationships, and the living spaces become bright and airy havens.
The project proposes a new way of living in Honduras: balanced, modern, and deeply connected to the tropics.
